Whilst Ferdi swelters in the heat, Elfi laps up every bit of sunshine she can find. She often pushes her cushion around the apartment, following the shafts of sunlight as they move about throughout the day.
I think I'm a bit like Elfi, chasing the sun. But my husband is more like Ferdi - even though he adores Summer and sunny days at the beach, he completely falls apart in the heat. It's not a pretty sight...
Are you a (SPF gazillion+, long sleeve wearing, hat happy) sun chaser? Or do you shudder with dread when you think of those sticky Summer days?
I definitely shudder in dread for those sticky summer days but I do chase the sun in winter. As does my Ralphie. She's so cute about it like Elfi. She shifts from laying in front of different windows of the house as the sun moves. She also gets very upset if she doesn't get access to the front part of the house for the morning sunshine!
ReplyDeleteI love how she is chasing to get every last bit of sun!! :)
ReplyDeleteShelle, Milo, Dixie and Newby,

That is so very cute that she pushes her pillow around to find the sun!
ReplyDeleteI can sympathise in the Winter, but I do fall apart, as you say, in the heat. Twenty one degrees is about my comfortable limit. After that it's sweaty, headachey, grumpy time.
My Husband is the same, worse than me in fact, so we like holidays in cold places!!
